Conditions of Contract

All care and maintenance of the cemetery grounds will be done under the supervision of the Carrying Place Annex Cemetery Board.

The Bereavement Authority of Ontario requires that all cemeteries maintain a Care and Maintenance Fund/Account for Perpetual Care.

Carrying Place Cemetery Annex Regulations

1. The caretaker or their appointee shall be present at each burial. 

2. A burial permit or cremation certificate as well as full payment for the plot and grave opening is required prior to or at each burial. 

3. Carrying Place Cemetery Annex does not require a vault.

4. The cemetery web site regulates items that are restricted. Any glass, small stones or items that impede grass cutting or trimming are a hazard and will be removed.
